Within 72 hours where the file is of manageable size – arranged individually depending on the size of the case.

There is no upper limit on the size of the file. However, files of more than 100 pages require more time – with very extensive documentation the 72-hour deadline may not always be met.

No. Our medical file-based assessment is not a formal expert examination under IV standards and not an expert report under Art. 44 ATSG, but a medical appraisal based on the documents available. It is comprehensibly documented and usable in proceedings, but does not replace a court expert report or an IV expert report.
