Occupational health prevention –protecting health before anyone drops out
We combine occupational medicine, prevention and operational efficiency. Structured. Evidence-based. Commercially minded.
Occupational medicine that works in everyday practice
We come to your company, plan together with HR and line managers and create a robust basis for health, safety and compliance.
Five building blocks for prevention in the workplace
Night-shift medical examinations
Night work often cannot be avoided in many companies – but its health consequences can be managed. Medically sound, legally compliant (SECO – State Secretariat for Economic Affairs, Art. 17c ArG – Swiss Labour Act) and digitally supported, directly on your premises. Employees who regularly work nights are entitled to an examination and advice.
Fitness-to-drive examinations
Mandatory fitness examinations for professional drivers holding licence category C or D, e.g. taxi or bus drivers, including additional tests such as sleep apnoea screening or ECG. Conducted on site, signed off by a physician.
In line with the requirements of the road traffic office. We examine in accordance with the Swiss ordinance on road traffic licensing; the findings go directly to the competent authority.
For employees this means: no separate medical appointment, no travel, no time off — the examination takes place on your premises and can be combined with further examinations in the same slot. A properly documented assessment helps to avoid unnecessarily shortened check-up intervals.
Check-ups & fitness assessments
Standardised medical assessments for shift work, night work or driving duties, plus company check-ups to identify health risks at an early stage.
Vaccination campaigns on site
Influenza vaccinations as one of the most effective measures against absences – planned and carried out directly on site.
Workshops for managers
Understanding absences and managing them professionally: practical training for HR and line managers as part of workplace health management (BGM).
